Important Notice – Noise Disturbance at Kalevankatu Branch
Dear Customers,
Unfortunately, the ongoing renovation work in the building adjacent to our Kalevankatu branch is extending beyond the planned schedule. We have been informed that the noise is intermittent and the loudest work has already been completed. Noise may occur on weekdays until 6:00 PM. There will be no noise on weekends.
We understand that this may be inconvenient, especially during a relaxing massage. However, we want to ensure that your visit with us is as pleasant as possible. Since we have not received an official date or precise schedule for when the noise will end, we are offering our customers the following options:
Earplugs: You can request earplugs at our reception, which will help to dampen the noise during your massage.
Reservation Transfer: If you do not want to risk the noise disturbance, we are happy to assist you in transferring your reservation to another branch or to another day.
Please contact our customer service if you have any questions or wish to make changes to your reservation. We will do our best to make your visit with us as relaxing and enjoyable as possible.
