Yes, many of our treatments can be paid using wellness benefits. You can use the benefit for classical massage, pregnancy massage, back and shoulder massage, sports massage, and foot massage – also partially for the Somwang treatment.

2. Which treatment should I choose if I’m unsure?

Somwang is the most popular option when you want to combine multiple treatments and find the perfect balance for your needs.

3. Which massage is best for stress and a busy lifestyle?

A classical oil massage or Oriental head massage effectively calms both body and mind.

4. Which treatment helps with neck and shoulder tension?

Sports massage or back and shoulder massage effectively target muscle tension.

5. How often should I get a massage?

For many, a good rhythm is every 2–4 weeks, but this always depends on individual needs.

6. Can I influence the intensity of the treatment?

Yes, every treatment is tailored to your preferences – feel free to communicate how it feels.

7. Do I need to prepare for a massage in advance?

No special preparation is needed – just arrive and let us take care of the rest.

8. Can I come directly from work?

Absolutely. You can disconnect from your day the moment you step inside.

9. Do I need to book in advance?

We recommend booking in advance to secure a time that suits you best.

10. Can I cancel or reschedule my appointment?

Yes, as long as changes are made at least 24 hours before the treatment. Otherwise, we will charge 50% of the treatment price.

11. Can I come with a friend or partner?

Yes, we offer couple’s massages and the possibility to relax together.

12. What treatment is suitable as a gift?

A massage gift card is always a safe and appreciated choice.

13. Can a gift card be used in parts?

An open gift card can be used flexibly across multiple visits, while a treatment-specific gift card must be used in one session.

14. How long is a gift card valid?

Gift cards are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.

15. Can I buy a gift card online?

Yes, you can easily purchase a gift card from our online store.

16. What if I don’t know which treatment to book?

Our team will gladly help you choose the most suitable treatment.

A 55-minute treatment is a good starting point, but 85–120 minutes offers deeper relaxation.
